    Order Processing

    • Immediate: All orders are processed automatically immediately after payment. For this reason, it is not possible to cancel an order once payment has been made.

    Products with Skin Contact

    • Hygiene: For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for products that come into contact with the skin, such as underwear, massage or exercise equipment, and similar used products.

    Returns and Replacements

    Communication Period

    • Report Issues: If your product has any issues, please report it within 3 days of receipt for an exchange.

    Product Conditions

    • Original Packaging: Please ensure that the item you send back to us is in its original packaging and that the merchandise is in the same condition as when you received it.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    • Replacement: In the case of damaged or defective items, we will send you a new item, provided the claim is made within 3 days of receiving the item. To do this, send a video showing the damaged or defective item to info@revfitstore.com and briefly explain the incident.
    • Returns: If you wish to return it, you have 15 days from the receipt of the product, provided it is unused and unopened. When you receive it, notify us at info@revfitstore.com that you wish to return the product, send the product to the postal address

    When you send the product to said postal address, send an email to info@revfitstore.com with proof of shipment.

    Once we verify that the order is in perfect condition, we will proceed with your refund.
